This single word, though seemingly simple carries a heavy commitment and, of course, care. As you all know, one can never guess when one's time ends. We have two choices to live our lives; live as insensitive careless being or share some burden of our fellow human beings by any which way we can. To be sensitive and to care leaves an ever-lasting impact on people around us and visa versa.

This one is far too simpler than to start a weight loosing regimen!! why?In my experience, to ask people ,and I am talking about real ones who need to cut down on their calorie count, specially simple sugars and those which give quick energy source...yes, The diabetics! any way we are not here to talk about those stubborn ones....you wanna gain weight, the equation is simple....eat more and burn less calories !and that also depends on how much weight gain you have in mind.It is suitable to have weight as for height.Saying that ,and not going in much personal details...you eat a good lunch, more in fats and calories, and sleep after that for at least two hrs, and slowly you will surely notice, weight gain...but remember ,there are no short cuts, and in this one don't over eat just burn less calories after meals.
